We founded The Komplexion Kollection with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders takes 3-5 business days to ship. For your convenience, we have entered our order process below!

Processing Stage: 1-2 business days 
Shipping Stage: 3-5 business days.

 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Our flat rate shipping is $4.00 for all U.S. Orders under 16oz and $6 for orders 16oz and over & $14.00 for International Orders. 

 

Tracking numbers are sent automatically once your order is finished being packaged & enters the shipping stage. Once your package is handed over to the United States Postal Services, your package is available for tracking.

***Orders can take up to 3-5 BUSINESS days to receive due to each product being individually made and inspected for quality assurance.

 *Please note that placing an order during sales, promotions, and/or holidays can cause a delay in your order. Please be sure to continue to track your package.

SHIPPING DAYS ARE MONDAY & FRIDAY FROM 8:00AM-5:00PM. WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS ARE NOT INCLUDED AS SHIPPING DAYS.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: The Komplexion Kollection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact your local post office. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to the shipping carrier ONLY.

FRAUD ORDERS: 

Any high fraud orders will be automatically canceled! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!

RETURNED ORDERS: 

If an order is unable to be delivered (DELIVERY FAILED), the customer is responsible for any additional shipping cost!  So, please be sure to provide the correct shipping address.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY:

Our NO REFUND policy is non-negotiable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We DO NOT offer ANY returns or exchanges.   

 

ALLERGIC REACTIONS:

We are not liable for any allergic reactions that occur as a result of using our products as every individual person is unique. We list all ingredients in the products' descriptions. Please read and familiarize yourself before making a purchase. Our products are made with vegan, cruelty-free products and we pride ourselves on offering the absolute BEST to our customers.

Lipgloss Ingredients: Coconut  Oil, Olive Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Castor Oil, vegan liquid concentrate/mica/vegan liquid coloring.

 

Body Whip/Body Scrubs: Are made with all-natural oils and butters.
